Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account info: Email, name, profile photo (if uploaded or from Google).
• Content: Text you paste for analysis. Stored on our servers so you can access it across devices.
• Voice profile: Your onboarding answers and generated voice keywords.
• Usage data: Document count, analysis history, scores over time.
• Payment info: Processed by Dodo Payments. We store your subscription status but never see your card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the voice analysis service.
• To send your text to Claude (Anthropic) for AI analysis — text is sent per-request and not stored by Anthropic for training.
• To track your voice consistency over time (score history, drift detection).
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset).

3. What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use your content to train AI models.
• We don't share your content with third parties beyond the AI analysis provider (Anthropic).
• We don't track you across other websites.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on our server infrastructure (Railway). Data is backed up periodically. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude): Processes your text for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Dodo Payments: Processes payments. Subject to Dodo's privacy policy.
• Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google.

6. Cookies

We use two cookies:

• hyv_session: Authentication session (HttpOnly, secure). Expires in 30 days.
• hyv_csrf: Security token to prevent cross-site attacks. Expires in 30 days.

No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data in the app.
• Delete: Contact us to delete your account and all associated data.
• Export: You can copy your documents from the app at any time.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all your data within 30 days.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We'll notify you of significant privacy policy changes via email.
