billing and refunds

this page explains how billing works on hold your voice and what happens when you cancel. read it before you subscribe.

1. all sales are final

we do not offer refunds. once a charge goes through — including the $1 introductory month, recurring subscription payments, and the $49 lifetime plan — it is non-refundable.

that includes cases where you forgot to cancel, did not use the product during a billing period, or changed your mind after payment.

local cli scanning is free and does not require a card. if you never subscribe, you owe nothing.

4. failed payments and chargebacks

if a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until billing is current. filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.

5. when law requires otherwise

nothing on this page overrides mandatory consumer rights in your country. if local law gives you a cooling-off period, statutory refund, or other non-waivable remedy, that law applies.

6. billing questions

for receipt copies, cancellation help, or payment errors, email shashank@holdyourvoice.com. include the email on your account and the charge date. refund requests will be declined unless law requires otherwise.
