hyv mcp --setup only prints instructions — it does not write configshyv mcp --test checks the local mcp server; terminal guide needs no mcp
limits and edge cases
- if tools or rules are missing: hyv doctor --fix-agents, then fully quit and reopen the app
- not every app gets real mcp tools — follow the guide for that app
